TRAINING PLAN:

- The training plan is structured based on some limitation and/or surgery that makes movement impossible.

- It is adapted according to the sporting goods you have at home or according to the machines that the gym presents.

- Includes demonstration videos of the exercises indicated in the plan with the correct technique.

- Physical evaluation every 02 weeks.
